Roundtable programme

Roundtable programme 2010

  • Projekt Barka, Bulwar Kurlandzki, Rozwój ludzi, Kulwaryjska 9-15, 30-504 Kraków
  • Subject: How will BPOs and SSCs plug the talent gap?

ASPIRE has again joined forces with Modis International to host a roundtable event in the heart of Krakow.

As Krakow continues to climb the table of Global outsourcing cities, now joined by other cities in the region, the discussion will focus on the emerging talent shortage happening in the city and across southern Poland, and ask what BPOs and shared service centres need to do to ensure they can meet their future targets for growth.

Delegates will be invited to discuss:

  • How the availability of talent has changed in recent years and whether it is likely to change in the years ahead
  • What the likely reasons are for this change
  • What companies need to do to ensure a continued supply of top talent, both in the immediate and long term
  • Other potential threats to future growth

Managing Directors from some of the region’s most high profile BPO operations and shared service centres are invited to this unique event.

Following the roundtable, participants will also be invited to attend a networking reception on the deck of Projekt Barka, where drinks and canapés will be available.

To request your place at this unique event please contact Bartosz Toporkiewicz at Modis International on bartosz.toporkiewicz@modisintl.com or call +48 12 292 3906.
