Project / Product Manager Software Development
My client is looking for a Dutch speaking Project/Product Manager with a strong technical background to lead web-based software-development projects.
As a main person for the web-environment you will be leading advanced technical team of the fast-growing company in the Enschede area.
In this company your talents will be appreciated and awarded accordingly, and you will have an opportunity to progress into a role of the international web-manager for multiple locations.
You have:
-minimum of 5 years experience with online projects, consumer focused
-successful track-record managing software development projects for the web
-affinity with web-design
-experience with outsourcing web-projects and managing teams on distance
-strong technical background in software development
-knowledge of Open Source and PHP
-knowledge of Drupal
-helicopter view in guiding developers and technical teams
You will be doing:
-leading front-end web-software development projects, managing 4 teams (including the scrum team) over 3 different locations
-managing the outsourced team on distance
-strategic decision making; aligning technical choices between teams
-ensuring that your customers are highly satisfied with your delivered software products
This a permanent role that starts with a temporary contract which will be extended if there is a right match.
