On behalf of our client, we seek a mechanical biased experienced Project Engineer to join or clients organisation.

You will be responsible for driving and co-ordinating projects from start through design, costing and technical and commercial proposals, procurement, supervision of manufacture, testing and despatch.

Duties:

Process enquiries from customers in relation to sales, equipment rental and spares.
Prepare equipment specification.
Source and procure materials.
Prepare quotes for approval.
Prepare information and drawings for approval.
Liaise with clients.
Issue work methods and instructions for workshop personnel as necessary.
Supervise manufacture and test of equipment.
Prepare certification and documentation packages.
Liaise with 3rd party inspectors.
Ensure delivery schedules are met.
Deal with technical, financial,quality and operational enquiries.
Arrange transportation.
Maintain documents.
Build upon existing and establish new client relationships.

Applicants must hold qualification in mechanical engineering and preferably have offshore survival certificate for occasional offshore surveys.

Due to some of the activities associated with this role, applicants must has CAD draughting knowledge.
