Peoplesoft Functional Trainer

Peoplesoft Financials Trainer - London - £450/day - 2 week contract - immediate start

Peoplesoft Financials Functional Trainer required for a short contract in the run-up to a Go-Live of Peoplesoft Financials 9.0. A large scale upgrade and migration has taken place over the last few months. There is now a need for a specialist trainer to roll out a programme which will ensure that the end users are maximising the functionality of the Peoplesoft software. Responsibilities will include:

* Conducting an assessment of the functional setup of the client's Peoplesoft instance and the gap between where the end users are and where they need to be.
* Production and delivery of training materials for AR, AP and GL modules of Peoplesoft Financials 9.0.
* Organisation and execution of workshops and exercise sessions to maximise the effectiveness of the training materials.
* Walking the floor to deal with ad-hoc end user queries.

The successful candidate will have a very strong background in the functional side of Peoplesoft Financials instances including deep and wide knowledge of the most recent versions. You will have developed and rolled out Peoplesoft Financials training programmes in a variety of corporate environments. You will meet or exceed all of the following criteria:

* Have an exceptional functional knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials, in particular with the AR, AP and GL modules.
* Have a proven history of delivery several end user training programmes for recent versions of Peoplesoft Financials.
* Have the ability to conduct your own assessment of the training requirements of a particular client.
* Have the ability to tailor your training programme to that client without the need for constant support and advice from the client's management team.

This role is offered at a daily rate of £450. As the client has an ambitious Peoplesoft roadmap in place, there will be a lot of opportunities for future work. This short contract offers the successful candidate the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and secure further lucrative contracts with the same client.
