The initial set up
Full support and advice is given to those new to contracting. We'll help you to understand the legal requirements, interview process, IR35 and current salary trends. We provide start up services which will ensure a smooth transition when you start work. We will issue letters of intent as signed confirmation of contract until a limited company is set up, because this may not be finalised until after you have started your assignment.
Payments

Training
As a Modis consultant, you are encouraged to constantly update and improve your technical skills via the use of our unique training programme. There are over a list of 500 courses, all free and available to you. The courses are annually reviewed so if you can't find what you're after let us know.

Given that Modis have offices across Europe, USA and Canada it creates many opportunities for our consultants to move into new areas. In addition to giving you general advice on the area, the country and its culture, we can assist in accommodation matters and travel information. We'll also provide you with maps and details of accommodation and facilities in the area, which have been recommended by other contractors or from relationships we have built with companies offering these services.
